• Enjoy healthy and avoid unhealthy fats- A balanced amount of gats are needed to nourish your brains, eyes, heart and cell as well as skin, nails and hair, respectively. However, if you are on the verge of taking more than the prescribed limits, you need to reduce some fats and go for some healthier options. The types of fats you need to do away with are fats from canola oil, peanut and olive oils and even from seeds (pumpkin and sesame). Also go for some fishes as they are healthier options to have fat. Avoid saturated fats that are found in red meat and dairy milk based products. Also take a break from Trans fats that are found in fried foods, cookies, some vegetable shortenings, etc.
